Preparation Process

To prepare for your CopperTree service and ensure a quick and easy installation please complete and return the Onboarding Packet provided by your CopperTree account representative.

Device Requirements

• The Trane Tracer ES/SC Configuration is only suitable for reading from a single piece of equipment at a time.
  • For reading multiple pieces of equipment, Trane BACnet configuration should be used instead.
• Network IP information Here
• Station login credentials
  • These credentials should be for “Advanced Building Operator”
• If read times are a concern, please contact Customer Solutions.
